As the lead UX designer on the Mass.gov redesign project, one of the biggest challenges was coming up with a new information architecture for the new site. As the old site had 230,000 unique URL's, we had to take a user-centered and task-driven approach.

Bringing Public Opinion to the Mass.gov Redesign
As part of the Mass.gov redesign, to stay true to our mission of being constituent-centric, we partnered with AIGA to hold a public design critique. Over 100 people were invited to hear our journey, critique our logo options, and ask questions about the project.
